So....
I am headed to CT in two weeks, just where I came from last weekend. Long story short. There where lame goings on during my trip. I'm tuning lemons into lemonade and doing something good with it!
More to come!

I always made fun of blogs.
Hey all,
I am starting this blog for a lot of reasons. I think there are things to post on Facebook and things not to.
I feel more comfortable tracking my thoughts, actions, accomplishments and so on in a place where people go out of their way to read. I don't want to burden people with how my workout was when they don't give a shit, just like I don't care that you want a two hour delay when your kids get one, or that you want pancakes.
I think there is also a bit of exposure that will help me stay focused on my goals: family, work, CrossFit, nutrition, running, cycling etc... This is kind of like a diary that anyone can see. Like picking your nose in public.
Why am I addressing this? Maybe so set myself guidelines? Maybe letting myself know what I want this to be about? We all know how plans work out.
I am going to try and censor myself as little as possible. I would like it if anyone enjoyed this but I guess it is really just for myself.
After some thought I think it will be about the following:
Funny pictures of my kids
CrossFit
Food
Music (Probably just Ryan Adams and Kathleen Edwards)
Being a single dad that just moved home
I don't think this is going to be amazingly earth shattering or completely original but maybe give someone something to do other than watch TV, myself included.
So if it inspires you, great!
